Happy Friday and I hope your mojo is working for you. This week we are rolling out some new products. New products to us is like Christmas time... something bright and shiny and new and fun. And more importantly, helps us to help you... Not all buyers and sellers fit into the box, so more products help more sellers sell and more buyers buy, because there are more ways to help "families" accomplish their goals.
Today I'm quickly touching upon some new "portfolio" JUMBO and Investment Property products that are pretty cool. A portfolio product is a mortgage program that does not get sold on the secondary market to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and other large investors. Portfolio products are for buyers and properties that don't fit into the normal box of qualifying for any number of different reasons. Listen to todays short video-blog and learn a bit... maybe it will help you with a seller or buyer and help you sell some more homes.
