Happy Friday and I hope your October is/was filled with smooth settlements. And speaking of settlements, I'm attending more closings these days without sellers. Often times the sellers have already "signed-off". Certainly makes settlement go faster, which is good, however, I think there are almost always questions a buyer wants to ask about this or that... Faster yes and also less of an emotional closing too. Check out the short video about "passion".
