Happy Friday, winter is here and Christmas is right around the corner. It's December and the Real Estate market continues to roll along. I just hung up the phone with a Realtor who is having trouble getting her shopping done as she is so busy and she had to hang up on me, because she was at her first of several showings today. This was at 7:45AM. Good momentum "mo" for the RE Market as we head into 2018!! Wow, 16 days.
