Hi Kens,  At Realtor Summit Training yesterday, we spent much of our time talking about daily disciplines.  And how disciplines, while difficult at first, especially upon new adoption, are very difficult to maintain.  We have to find time for them, they may be uncomfortable for us, all sorts of reasons/excuses come up... despite us knowing, it's for our own good.   Luckily though, if we continue with those disciplines, they morph into habits and become second nature and actually quite easy over time, almost to the point where we can do them without scheduling and much effort.  Several good books on the topic... The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy and High Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard are two that come to mind. Some people don't like to buy/read books though.  Maybe an expert blog on the topic would be helpful...  I don't read this blog daily, however, "Rich Habits" by Tom Corley hits my in bin every day and does offer some good "habits" that I do read at times... All about habits, that he has gleaned from interviewing very wealthy people from around the world.  It is a free blog too.  MotivationalHabitsmillionairesTomCorley.pdf The cool thing is this... these aren't habits that require a ton of money or anything else to implement into your own life.  In fact, most are free, they just take some time, which can be difficult to find these days.  And maybe that's one of the biggest habits/disciplines we need to work on.  Finding "me time", so we can work on ourselves and our business and map out our future... We spend so much time working "in" our business... go ahead, go find some "me time".  Habits are catchy and yes, good disciplines and habits can have HUGE, compounded positive impact on our lives.  And vice versa, bad habits which we may not even recognize as bad or negative... can drag us down and keep us from reaching our full potential.  Model some habits from the best... it can't hurt!
