Wow, January is kicking off like a storm... some good activity and I'm even hearing about multiple offers, which for January is a tad crazy, and I like it!!
I wanted to tell you about our upcoming "Is there a Home in Your Future" workshops that we will be holding. These are open to anyone and geared towards first time home buyers. We'll be teaching the ABC's of Qualifying, all about Mortgage Programs, the 7 Biggest Mistakes buyers make and even how to earn some dollars towards closing costs for attending. And why am I telling you... because you bump into a ton of people that aren't quite ready, want some education and information and we'll be providing it.
You can send this email to any of your first time home buyers or leads/prospects that might be waiting or are just early in the process. Click on "Is there a Home in Your Future" and register now. We have limited seating and believe we'll fill up. First class is Feb 8th at 6:30PM at the Manheim Twp Library. We have a second class scheduled for Saturday the 18th at 9:30am and we'll get that registration out soon.
