Hi Kens,
Happy Friday and we're into the 4th quarter...  In football and sports in general, it's when the best get stronger and elevate their game to the next level.  Are you elevating or sinking into the abyss that is "busy" and holidays and waiting till the New Year to do XY and Z?

After the crash, no credit was treated the same as bad credit in the mortgage industry.  The answer was no...  Much has changed though!  More and more programs are allowing alternative methods of proving credit worthiness.  (Call, write for more info)

On a more specific note, we recently helped a Foreign National with no US Credit to purchase a home... We'll have more information on this and some other new programs at this months Realtor Summit Training.
