Some big news was announced just a couple of days ago. Fannie Mae, the largest investor of conventional mortgages in the US has eased their guidelines on student loan payments and the methodology with how lenders have to calculate payments. I won't get into the nitty gritty here, but this will help thousands of buyers across the US to qualify for a home and/or qualify for more home. This is really good news... the lending industry has been fighting this for some time now!!
