Thank you to so many for all the questions about the "Seller Buydown/Concession" Analysis.  So many questions, I had to respond and add some detail, listen in for some extra detail and how ALL parties won.

      A buddy of mine is selling his home and he called me up with a question last week... His home had been on the market for 35 days and he had a buyer.  The buyer made an offer at a 5% reduction from list price.  His question to me was... Should I give him the reduction or would a concession be a better counter to him?
