| Hi Kens, Why is now such an important time for home buyers and sellers? Because it is the Fall Season and we're heading into the 4th quarter. What does that mean?
More than likely, the most affordable time to buy a home going forward, is right now. Rates, probably higher in the Spring. Home prices, higher in the Spring. And just because you sell a bit higher and make a couple of extra $$, higher interest rates will NIX any gains along with higher priced homes.
If I'm a seller... I'm listing today and looking for my next home without having to compete with the hordes.
